[The Robo Shuffle Part 1]

To add to what Cairos said, try shifting his weight a little more so that he looks more bouncy. Right now his pelvis is almost stationary, which adds to the feeling that he is walking instead of shuffling. A little springiness might help get his groove on. Have you been using references while animating? Try looking at a few different ones. Even though you said he's shuffling, looking at Psy's "Gangnam Style" dance might help too, since they're pretty similar.

I like the blend of ultra-cartoony with the more realistic figure. I also like how you drew the hands - it's a good hybrid in between the two.

Makes me wonder why she's not wearing pants. Isn't it odd that when it's a woman, it stands out more?

Ahah probably, it's more of a cartoony thing for characters not to wear pants though.
It stand out more because she has a realistic figure and is sexualised i guess

Her top and bottom half are both positioned well in their own way, but both of them together make for a very awkward-looking pose.
